Captured during an early morning boat ride on Kabini Backwaters, this beautiful view shows a young female Chital, also known as the Indian spotted deer, lazily grazing on the banks of Kabini Backwaters.

Chitals are native to the Indian subcontinent and are present in most wildlife sanctuaries in India.

Located on the banks of Kabini Backwaters, the Kabini Wildlife Sanctuary is home to many animals native to India, including tigers, panthers, and elephants.
