Statue of Hermes of Praxiteles – Rear View
The statue of Hermes carrying infant Dionysos was carved by the famous sculptor Praxiteles, and is on display at Olympia Archaeological Museum in Olympia, Greece.

Dated 330 BCE, this masterpiece was a votive offering placed on opisthodomos of Temple of Hera, which is located inside the Sanctuary of Olympia in Greece.
