Water Mill in the Hobbiton Movie Set
The Hobbiton Movie Set is located on a private farm 6 miles southwest of Matamata in the Waikato farming region of New Zealand. This is where the Lord of the Rings and Hobbiton movie series were filmed and was created by the director of these movie series Peter Jackson. After the movie set was made permanent at this location in 2010, it became a huge tourist attraction.
